Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Verilune ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use Glitch Flush, our play-money heads-up No-Limit Texas Hold'em poker application for iOS and iPadOS.

Data Collection

Glitch Flush is designed for entertainment with play-money chips that have no cash value. Verilune does not sell your personal information or use advertising SDKs in Glitch Flush.

What the app stores for functionality:

On-device game preferences such as table skin, card faces, music, camera settings, and buy-in level
Local session state for single-player hands against AI opponents
Club Pass purchase entitlement status (managed with Apple StoreKit)
Onboarding and review-prompt flags stored locally on your device

What we do not collect or use:

Google AdMob or any third-party advertising SDK
Advertising IDs for ads
Verilune analytics SDKs that track your gameplay
Real-money gambling accounts, payment cards, or cash-out data — chips have no cash value
Server-side storage of your hands or table sessions by Verilune

If you contact us for support by email or the support form, we retain the content of that message so we can respond.

On-Device Processing

Bot decisions, hand evaluation, and shuffle logic run entirely on your device. Optional table-talk dialogue may use Apple Intelligence when available; otherwise the app falls back instantly to built-in local dialogue. No third-party AI API keys or cloud poker engines are required for single-player play.

Game Center Multiplayer

Human vs Human mode uses Apple Game Center matchmaking. When you choose this mode, Apple Game Center handles player identity and match setup according to Apple's Privacy Policy. Verilune does not operate a separate account system for multiplayer poker.

Local Storage

Your settings and local game state are stored on your device. Device backups (such as iCloud Backup) may include app data if you enable system backups.

Third-Party Services

Glitch Flush does not use Google AdMob or third-party advertising networks.

The app uses Apple system services, including:

StoreKit: Processes the Club Pass purchase and restore
Game Center: Optional heads-up multiplayer matchmaking
Apple Intelligence: Optional on-device table-talk dialogue where supported

App Store and Apple Services

When you download Glitch Flush from the App Store or purchase Club Pass, Apple may collect certain information as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. Verilune does not receive your payment card details.

Glitch Flush is simulated gambling for entertainment — play-money chips only, with no real-money prizes or cash-out.

Data Security

Keep your device software up to date and use a passcode or biometric lock. Limit Game Center invitations to people you trust when playing Human vs Human.

Children's Privacy

Glitch Flush does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who believe a child has contacted us by email may request deletion of that correspondence at support@verilune.com.
